I am inspired by an article in the SSRI, where The Barr Foundation shares their vision for organizational communication. Their intentional efforts are in part, a response to feelings that “division, partisanship, and distrust have significantly worsened... and today’s communications efforts need to build trust, bridge divides, and help make breakthroughs possible.”
